We pledge:
- To identify real needs and meet them efficiently, effectively and without waste.
In Croydon, the percentage of residents who think their council provides good value for money is in the worst 25% of all English councils. In Sutton, it's in the best 25% 3.
For 2010/11, Croydon Conservatives have declared that council tax is only increasing by 0.8% this year. However, most London councils, including Sutton, are not increasing their council tax bills at all.
