Care of the Vulnerable

We pledge to:

  • To consult parents about the special needs of their children, and respond by providing the support that is needed
  • To make sure that those in need because of disability receive direct payments to meet the actual costs of the care they need, and with less bureaucracy
  • To enable the dying to stay with their families and in their own homes wherever this is possible
