The Liberal Democrat Spring Conference was held in Harrogate from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th March. Several representatives from Croydon attended this very successful conference.

73% of tram users say they are overcrowded

Croydon Central Liberal Democrat campaigner Stephen Dering and Caroline Pidgeon, the Liberal Democrat London Assembly Member and vice-chair of the Transport Committee launched a damming report today into overcrowding on the Croydon tram network.

It's President Ros!

Ros Scott has been elected President of the Liberal Democrats overwhelmingly, by the party's members. Ros won over 70 per cent of votes cast. The party's commitment to democracy was evident in the high turn-out, with half the party's membership casting their vote.
